Twinkle is pretty darn awesome! I installed it earlier today and have been playing around with it a bit with much enjoyment. My favorite feature is the ability to see all nearby tweets (you determine the radius) -- I've found a couple of worthwhile people to follow and it's just interesting to see what kind of chatter happens in different neighborhoods. I did notice today that my TwitPic post never showed up on Twinkle, which is a downer. And -- if you post a photo from Twinkle it won't show up on Twitter.
